This privacy policy applies to the Soya Overlay app for Android (package com.soyaoverlay.app), together with any related services operated by Kiryl Zmitrovich (collectively, the “Application”). Kiryl Zmitrovich is hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Soya Overlay is an on-device overlay. It covers spots the user chooses (for example a talking-head or a banner) in apps the user picks. Most data stays on the device.
The Application stores on the device:

The Application does not run ads. The Service Provider does not operate an analytics or crash service in this app, and does not sell personal information.
The Service Provider does not require you to create an account with the Service Provider. Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase.
The Application does not use cookies. Google Play Billing and RevenueCat may use identifiers required to process a purchase (for example an anonymous app user id and purchase tokens).
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
If Android backup is enabled on the device, Google may back up app settings with the user’s Google account under Google’s policy.
The Service Provider may disclose information:
Purchase processing (Google and RevenueCat) may take place outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Those providers apply their own transfer safeguards.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, contact exebytche@gmail.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. You can stop the Application from processing data on the device by uninstalling it, or by Android Settings → Apps → Soya Overlay → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling does not cancel a Play purchase.
To request deletion of purchase-related records held by the Service Provider or to ask RevenueCat/Google to delete linked purchase data, email exebytche@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact exebytche@gmail.com.
Overlay files and settings stay in the app’s private storage on the device. Purchases go through Google Play. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data held by the Service Provider, they will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated text with a new effective date. Material changes will be posted on this page.

By using the Application you agree to this policy. Permissions (appear on top of other apps, usage access, notifications, and accounts for Pro checks) are granted in the Android system UI; you can revoke them in system settings.
